The Mas welcomes you around its garden of more than 1 hectare offering a view of the surrounding countryside and overhanging, on its rocky spur , Gordes, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
This family property has been restored with sobriety and elegance and is arranged on 2 levels. The Mas des Vignes is the ideal starting point for many walks to discover the Luberon and its perched villages: Bonnieux, Lacoste, Roussillon, Ménerbes. You will enjoy its sweetness of life, its colorful markets and also its proximity to the Alpilles by strolling through the streets of Saint Rémy de Provence or visiting the famous Carrières de Lumières. Or maybe do nothing by simply enjoying the Mas des Vignes!!

**Ground floor:**

•Bright living room overlooking the terrace and garden with a cozy corner facing the fireplace and a relaxation area around the sofas facing a large bay window.
•Well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a large table to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
•An area with access to the laundry room and a guest toilet opens onto 2 bedrooms in a row:
•Bedroom 1: 180 (2 x 90) bed, overlooking the garden
•Bedroom 2: equipped with two single beds
•Connecting bathroom with two bedrooms, bathtub and toilet

** Floor:**

•Bedroom 3: master suite with bed 160, private bathroom (shower and toilet)
•Bedroom 4: 180 (2 x 90) bed
•Bedroom 5: equipped with 2 single beds in row of bedroom 4
•Bathroom connecting with two bedrooms, shower and toilet

**Garden side:**

Covered terrace facing the living room, ideal for breakfast in the morning, the large trees around the farmhouse will bring you a little freshness and shade for pleasant moments of relaxation.
On one side of the garden is the 14 x 6 m swimming pool, surrounded by grass, without any screws (alarm security). Loungers & Chilean’s

Covered terrace facing the living room, ideal for breakfast in the morning, the large trees around the farmhouse will bring you a little freshness and shade for pleasant moments of relaxation.
On one side of the garden is the 14 x 6 m swimming pool, surrounded by grass, without any screws (alarm security). Sunbeds & Chilean are at your disposal as well as pool towels.
A terrace on the north side offers an unobstructed view of Gordes and the surrounding countryside.

Linen, towels and bath linen are provided. Beds are prepared just before your arrival. You will find cosmetics in the bathrooms and some cold drinks in the fridge.
