Bathroom, shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm), bathroom and separate WC. Exit to the balcony. Balcony 8 m2, terrace 70 m2 partly roofed, terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The property includes the main house and a single storey annex with no internal connection.
