Welcome to La Florentine, a magnificent, bright house located in the heart of a 7,000 m2 pine forest, offering neat and refined decoration.
On the ground floor, you'll discover a spacious living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the exterior. Three comfortable bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one of which can be converted to suit your needs, as well as two finely finished bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and two toilets, will be at your disposal. Air conditioning in the living area and fans in the sleeping area will guarantee optimal comfort.
Outside, you can enjoy two terraces, shaded by a magnificent arbor, as well as a swimming pool overlooking the pine forest, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. A BBQ area will allow you to concoct delicious dishes outdoors. The property is also equipped with an EV terminal type 2 connector + socket connected to the meter (18kw/h).
The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
