You will find complete tableware and glassware to facilitate your meals. Air conditioning ensures your comfort even on hot summer days. A welcoming fabric sofa invites you to relax in front of the television. The glass appliqués add a touch of elegance to the entire space.

For your convenience, you will have access to the residence's laundry room, open 24/7 and equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. Laundry detergent pods are provided, and an ironing board with an iron will allow you to take care of your clothes.
