This comfortably furnished holiday home is a semi-detached house. It is located in the eastern part of the Luberon Regional Park in the heart of Provence, near the Luberon golf course. The house was built in 1999 and last renovated in 2016.

The 70 m² house accommodates up to four people. The living/dining room is equipped with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, internet radio, CD player, a stereo system, a fireplace and a dining table with seating. The cozy kitchen features an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a filter coffee machine and a refrigerator with three freezer compartments. The bedrooms have double beds (1.80 m) and large wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer, without a toilet. The separate guest toilet includes a washbasin and a toilet. All rooms have tiled floors, electric heating and Wi-Fi.

The Provençal style of the house blends beautifully into the landscape. The furnished terrace with a barbecue offers a wonderful view of the distant hills. The comfortable house with its garden invites you to relax. Outdoors, you can use the shared pool (approx. 100 meters from the house). Pets are not allowed. Two outdoor parking spaces are located directly at the house.

The Luberon golf course is very close by. It is a paradise for golfers. You can play 9 or 18 holes. Golf tournaments are held regularly. The golf course is set in a beautiful environment with views of the surrounding region. The Les Vannades lake is 15 minutes away. The area around the lake covers 15 hectares. You can learn sailing, paddleboarding and canoeing, play mini-golf and volleyball. Enjoy a wonderful day here. Hiking trails and restaurants are also available. The lake is located in Manosque and is easily accessible. It is especially beautiful from mid-June to mid-July when lavender fills the air. The town center with cafés and restaurants is just two kilometers away.
