We offer for seasonal rental this charming house completely renovated with great taste and beautiful materials! Located just 10 minutes walk from the village of Maussane les Alpilles this house will be ideal for a stay in Provence. The ground floor overlooks a large living room open to the fitted kitchen, a living room, a dining area, upstairs its 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom, all fully air-conditioned. The 900m² garden is laid out with a dining area, a pool house area with a gas griddle, a pétanque court and the superb 7 x 3m swimming pool secured by a rolling shutter. No more doubts, holidays in Provence in the Quintessence of the Alpilles will be a haven of peace and relaxation for you! Possibility to put a cot in the rooms, hair dryer available. Exit cleaning included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures at the entrance and if laundry is missing. Option of household linen and pool towels 160 Euros / week - intermediate cleaning and change of linen at the expense of the tenant 254 €. Supplement of 100€ for entry/exit on Sunday Tourist taxes not included in the price (6.19€ x number of adults + 18 years old x number of nights). Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before entering the premises.
