On the ground floor, you will find a summer and winter living room, a very large kitchen with a convivial table d'hôte spirit with its dining area equipped with an original, raw wooden table. On the same level, you will like the 2 suites (in a row) one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility. After having taken the beautiful staircase, you will find on a half level, a bathroom, on the floor 2 bedrooms including a suite, and on the second floor, 2 other bedrooms. Around you, happiness. A plot of 6,000 m², the 10 x 5 swimming pool and the beautiful main terrace, giving you the freedom to enjoy your stay according to your aspirations. Blow of heart guaranteed, go for it! Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry is missing.
