Immersed in a green and intimate setting, the Mas benefits from a pretty closed ground of 1,300 m² which consists of several spaces to savor every moment of your stay. Near the swimming pool (12x6m) secured by a rolling shutter, you will find a Pool House and garden furniture for sunny lunches. Returning to the house, you will pass the main terrace with barbecue and feel the pleasure of the beginning of the beautiful summer evenings. Inside, the 220 m² farmhouse is on 2 levels with on the ground floor, living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom and upstairs, two bedrooms which share a bathroom, without forgetting that each room is air-conditioned! The enchantment wins you over, it's time to go on vacation, direction Paradou. Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry is missing.
