We offer you exclusively this villa near the center of the village of Mouriès. Located in a quiet area, not overlooked, this house is ideally located to enjoy the region. On one level with a lounge area, a beautiful fitted open kitchen, a dining area, 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom and a master suite with its own bathroom. At the back of the house a 4.5 x 6.5m pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days! The house has two pretty shaded terraces, one at the back of the house and one at the front of the house, both ideal for meals with friends or family. Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry is missing. Supplement of €100 for entry/exit on Sunday Tourist tax not included in the price (€5.76 x number of adults + 18 years x number of nights) Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before departure entry into the premises.
