On the ground floor a very nice kitchen, pantry and adjoining dining room, then a living room with a beautiful fireplace Upstairs 3 large suites each with a shower room, WC and large dressing room! The 10 x 3m swimming pool secured by a rolling shutter overlooks a pool house with comfortable garden furniture to enjoy the mild summer evenings. This house in the heart of the Alpilles will be the haven of peace for your future holidays in Provence! Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry is missing. Supplement of €100 for entry/exit on Sunday Tourist tax not included in the price (€5.76 x number of adults + 18 years x number of nights) Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before departure entry into the premises.
