Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed into a bright and airy living space at the heart of this 75 m² villa. The living room, facing south-southwest, is bathed in natural light thanks to two large bay windows that illuminate the space throughout the day. It is equipped with a 3/4-seater linen convertible sofa that turns into a 160x190 cm bed, a chair, and a restored vintage coffee table. This area is perfect for relaxing, enjoying an aperitif, or watching a movie on The Frame TV.
An entryway, equipped with a small bench, allows you to comfortably take off and store your shoes. Right next to it, a custom-made wooden desk provides a workspace for one or two people, ideal for those who wish to stay productive.
The masoned kitchen is open to the living room and blends aesthetics with functionality. It is superbly equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances, including an oven, a microwave, and an induction hob. The elegant integration of a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, all set in polished concrete with wooden doors and terracotta tiles, enhances the harmony of the decor.
To enhance your meals, you will find a complete set of tableware, including dishes and glassware suitable for all your needs, from large wine glasses to cocktail glasses. The room also features an authentic renovated old farmhouse table, which can accommodate 4 to 6 people, perfect for enjoying your simmered dishes or simply a coffee or tea with toasted bread.
Wake up in one of the two bedrooms equipped with high-end Épeda bedding, combining pocket springs and memory foam for a deeply restorative sleep. The master bedroom, spacious and filled with morning light due to its southeast orientation, features a Queen size bed (160x200 cm), accompanied by a built-in wardrobe with wooden shelves and two bedside tables with rattan lamps. The second bedroom, more intimate and facing south, also enjoys beautiful light and is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), raw wood bedside tables, papier-mâché lighting, a functional desk, and a wardrobe.
The bathroom, entirely built and finished in polished concrete, creates an authentic atmosphere. Enjoy a revitalizing experience in the Italian shower, equipped with relaxing jets thanks to the innovative Grohe SmartControl technology. It also includes a washbasin with an elegant two-hole wall mixer, a large mirror, practical storage, and a towel warmer.
For your comfort, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board are provided. Additionally, a 160 cm high wall mirror in the hallway allows you to see yourself fully.

For your comfort, we provide sheets and towels, as well as toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel. Upon arrival, you will also find some coffee pods, tea bags, and kitchen essentials to start your stay pleasantly.
