Welcome to an elegant house located in the highly sought-after Saint-Antoine district of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
Nestled in the heart of a peaceful residential environment, it offers an ideal setting for a stay combining comfort, relaxation and the Provençal art of living.
The carefully landscaped garden reveals a private and soothing atmosphere, with a dining area under a pergola, a swimming pool from May 15 to October 15 and a lounge area conducive to delightful moments of sharing or relaxation at the end of the day.
Inside, the fully air-conditioned house offers a warm and contemporary atmosphere.
The ground floor is organized around a large living room bathed in light thanks to the large bay windows opening onto the garden.
The living room, dining room and open kitchen combine to create a friendly and harmonious space, designed to make the most of every moment.
A toilet completes this level.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of two elegant bedrooms with storage, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a refined bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet, offering optimal comfort.
A private parking space is available right in front of the house to make your stay easier.
The house is located in a quiet, residential area, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, nicknamed the Provençal Venice, world-renowned for its antique shops and typical market.
The charming village of Fontaine-de-Vaucluse is also 5 minutes away, while the magnificent hilltop villages of the Luberon and the landscapes of the Alpilles are easily accessible, making this an ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of the region.
