Magnificent property near the village of Lacoste and its castle, facing the Luberon and close to the villages of Gordes, Ménerbes and Oppède. The 3,300m² grounds are fully fenced and landscaped. The fully air-conditioned house, with 170m² of living space, is perfectly decorated.Everything is done to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

On the ground floor:

- Large space (68 m²) with living room, dining room and open kitchen.
The living room has a leather corner sofa, two leather club chairs, a TV and DVD player.
The dining area has a wooden table and 10 chairs, and opens onto the shaded terrace by the pool.
The kitchen has a SMEG piano with 6 burners, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the necessary equipment for cooking.
- A distribution corridor (5m²) leading from the kitchen.
- A laundry room/WC (4m²) with a washing machine and dryer, an American fridge, a toilet.
- A corridor (5m²) leading from the living room.
- Separate WC.
- Bedroom n°1 (23m²) with 2 beds 90x200 (which can be joined together on request to make a 180x200 bed), a wardrobe, a bathroom including an Italian shower, a washbasin, a towel rail. Direct access to the garden through a French window on the south side.

On the floor, a 4m² corridor leads to 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom n°2 (20m²) with 1 bed 90 x 200 and 2 bunk beds 80 x 190, a washroom, shower and bathtub, 2 sinks, a towel rack.
- Bedroom n°3 (16m²) with 2 beds 90x200 (can be joined on request to make a 180x200 bed) bathroom with a washbasin and a towel rack.
- Bedroom n°4 (17m²) with 2 beds 90x200 (can be joined on request to make a 180x200 bed), a bathroom with a sink and a towel rack.

Outside :

- Corner terrace (21m²), one part under an arbour with garden furniture facing the pool, and the other under an awning with a large table, 10 chairs, Weber gas BBQ
- Swimming pool (10x4m) with flat bottom is heated from April to October and maintains a temperature of 25° if the shutter is closed in the evening. 5 sunbeds are located around.

• Arrival time: from 4pm to 7pm (supplement of 70€ after 7pm)
• Check-out time: 10 hours maximum (house staff arrive at 9am)
• Deposit: 2 500€ to be paid by bank loan with our partner SWIKLY. The amount will not be debited nor will it affect the payment limit.
