The property offers about 1 hectare of land, not overlooked, entirely lawned and decorated with olive and fruit trees.

It is the ideal starting point for numerous walks to discover the Luberon and its perched villages: Gordes, Bonnieux, Lourmarin, Roussillon, Ménerbes. You will enjoy its gentle way of life, its colorful markets and also its proximity to the Alpilles by strolling through its beautiful villages.

-Room 2: double bed 160*200 with adjacent bathroom of 15 m2. Including 2 dressers with a rack and hangers.

Second floor:

-Bedroom 3: 12 m2 bedroom with its double bed 160*200. This room has a small desk area and its wardrobe.
-Room 4: Double bed 160*200 with a small child bed of 16 m2. It has a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
- Bathroom of 7m2 for bedrooms 3 and 4, with a beautiful bathtub, and 2 sinks.

Independent Bastidon:

-Room 5: Room of 19 m2 with its double bed 160*200, 2 desks, and a corner relaxation and reading.
-Private bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and a basin.
-Small living room, with armchair, reading corner, small fridge.

Outside:

Covered terrace facing the living room, ideal for the morning breakfast. Between the house and the bastidon, there is a swimming pool (heated and secured by alarm) of 10*5 m and a pleasant Pool-House. Deckchairs are at your disposal as well as pool towels.
Of course you can enjoy the beautiful grounds of more than 10,000 m2 offering large space, playground and swing for the children.
